- Agreement to Terms
You must finish the sign-up to join Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd. You must give all needed info. You confirm that your info is correct, honest, and up-to-date. By signing up, you agree to a legal deal with Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd. You accept the terms here. Read and know all terms before joining. You must send ID like a citizenship card or driver’s license. If you don’t agree with these terms, you can close your account anytime.
- Who Can Join
Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd is only for people who can legally marry. You must be at least 20 years old, as Nepal’s law says. You must give real legal papers to show you can marry. By joining, you say you want real matchmaking, not just dating. Results depend on what you want in a partner and the info you give.
- What We Aren’t Responsible For
Don’t share money info like credit card or bank numbers with others. Don’t send users money. Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd is not liable for money lost doing these things. We are not liable for issues from relationships, even marriages, formed here. Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd is not liable for illegal or false content that members or others post. If your info is wrong, matchmaking stops. You won’t get back any money paid for services.
- Disagreements and Where to Solve Them
Nepal’s laws will be used to solve disagreements from using this site. Nepal’s courts have the power to handle these issues. By agreeing to these terms, you join Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd. You agree without any doubts about the terms. You promise to follow all rules for using this site and app. You say you will use it responsibly.
Service Charges
Domestic Service Charges (Within Nepal): An initial payment of Rs. 5,000 is needed to start. After the service is done, Rs. 50,000 is due.
International Service Charges: People outside Nepal and Gulf countries pay Rs. 5,000 to begin. Upon successful completion, Rs. 100,000 more is charged.
Important Service Charge Policies: Payment does not mean instant results. Matchmaking takes time. If you marry someone we introduced, you owe the full fee. This is true even if you didn’t tell us. Service fees are non-refundable. They cover platform use and our team’s work.
No Service Charge for Initial Communication
Talking to people in ads is free. Charges start after a match is made. You must register to use this feature. We also need to check your details.
Content Policy
Content Management: Golden Wedding Mart Pvt. Ltd can remove content. This includes messages, photos, or profiles. Reasons include breaking rules, offensive content, or security risks. By using this site, you give us rights. We can use, store, and show your content in public areas. This applies to all content you share on the platform. We don’t check user content. We are not liable for its accuracy. Users should check content they share.
Prohibited Content: Certain content is not allowed. This includes content that harms social values or promotes hate. Also banned is content that encourages harassment or lies. Copyright violations and pirated material are not allowed. Pornography and content that exploits minors are also forbidden.
Copyright Policy
