Booking Terms & Conditions
- Reservation & Down Payment
To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required in advance. The remaining balance must be settled before check-in/arrival.
- Payment Methods
We accept payments via Esewa, khalti, bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a partial refund (if applicable).
- Cancellations made after this period will result in no refund of the down payment.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Modifications & Rescheduling
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
- A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the modification.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with property rules and policies.
- Any damages to the property or its belongings will be charged accordingly.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the booking, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
